We are seeking a B2B Sales Manager to join our growing core team!
Your role:
Loora is looking for a dynamic B2B Sales Manager to lead and shape our sales efforts in the fast-growing AI-driven language learning market. As the first dedicated sales hire focused on B2B, you’ll have the opportunity to craft and execute a strategy that will drive Loora’s expansion into businesses globally. This role is pivotal to our success and offers the chance to work closely with the executive team to create a lasting impact. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and report directly to the CEO & Co-founder.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute scalable sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the B2B market.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing deals.
- Establish long-term partnerships with key stakeholders in businesses and educational institutions.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide market feedback and ensure our solutions meet client needs.
- Monitoring industry trends, analyzing competitor activities, and adapting sales strategies accordingly.
- Representing Loora at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and generate new business.
- Crafting compelling proposals, presentations, and sales collateral tailored to client needs.
- Providing regular updates to the executive team on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
Requirements:
- Native-level English fluency or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or educational technology.
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
