Your role:

This is a strategic, hands-on role that's all about finding amazing people and giving them an unforgettable candidate experience, while also deeply understanding the business, its culture, and challenges - and designing global, scalable, and flexible people processes that support a fast-growing organization.

You’ll own full-cycle recruitment across Loora and play a key role in helping us scale with both purpose and heart. You'll be a key partner in shaping Loora's employer brand, culture, and everything that makes us an inspiring, mission-driven place to work!

Your day-to-day will be:

• Contribute to Loora’s recruitment strategy, employer brand, and culture, helping shape our values as we scale.
• Act as a trusted advisor on all people-related matters - from market trends, talent availability, compensation benchmarks, hiring best practices, to strategy and compliance.
• Partner with leadership and hiring managers to define priorities and deliver on hiring needs.
• Own the end-to-end hiring process across multiple departments and roles.
• Drive top-of-funnel activities: create initiatives to attract talent, strengthen Loora’s employer brand, and continuously improve sourcing channels and outreach.
• Source proactively through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and events, maintaining a strong pipeline.
• Post and promote job openings across relevant platforms and social channels.
• Review and screen incoming CVs and applications while collaborating closely with hiring managers.
• Conduct initial phone interviews with candidates and ensure a seamless process throughout.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams to maintain clear communication and alignment.
• Own the full employee lifecycle (end-to-end) – including onboarding, day-to-day employee experience, and offboarding.
