Your role:
We are looking for a data-driven marketing designer who specializes in conversion-focused design. Your role will go beyond traditional graphic design - you will create, test, and optimize visual assets to drive higher conversion rates and user engagement across landing pages, paid ads, and marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities:
- Design static ads for a variety of marketing channels (social, display, and paid ads campaigns).
- Conceptualize and create screens and visuals for Apple App Store and Google Play Store, with a focus on high engagement and conversion.
- Design high-performing web funnels, from conceptualization to execution.
- Craft email marketing designs that inspire engagement and action.
- Build visually engaging landing pages that align with Loora’s brand identity and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align goals and ensure a consistent brand image.
- Localization to different languages and formats.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a designer in a similar role.
- Fluency in English, including the ability to communicate effectively with a global team, verbally and in writing.
- Advanced skills with Figma (required) and other design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work across marketing channels (static ads, landing pages, app store visuals, etc.).
- Experience and understanding of composition, color theory, visual storytelling, and creating compelling layouts with strong typography and attention to detail.
- Data-driven and performance-focused, with a mindset for experimentation and optimization.
