We’re looking for a data-driven User Acquisition Manager to grow our app by building and scaling web funnels, quiz flows, and high-impact ad campaigns.
Your day-to-day will be:
- Run and scale campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other paid channels with a focus on revenue-based goals.
- Define and lead the company’s Web2App and web funnel strategy.
- Analyze funnel performance end-to-end to identify and eliminate conversion bottlenecks.
- Manage $1M+ monthly budgets, optimizing for CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
- Collaborate with Product, Data, and Creative teams to ideate, test, and launch growth experiments quickly.
- Dive deep into performance data — from event quality to attribution — and automate wherever possible.
- Introduce new ideas, tools, and approaches to continuously improve acquisition efficiency.
Requirements:
- 4–5 years of B2C user acquisition or performance marketing experience (web + app).
- Proven success managing $1M+ monthly budgets with strong ROAS for subscription-based products.
- Deep understanding of web funnels and Web2App conversion flows.
- Data-fluent: experienced with AppsFlyer, GA4, Sheets, and BI tools.
- Fluent in English and AI-savvy — you leverage AI to optimize, analyze, and scale smarter.
- Hands-on, curious, and comfortable taking bold bets and learning fast.
